*Goal is under 32 min
*Row: Pacing on the row should be moderately fast (75%+).
*Bench Press: The first weight should start around 55% and increase to 65% for the 3rd set.
*Bar Muscle-ups/ Pull-ups: Goal is to complete at least 3 MU or 5 Pull-ups at a time
*Rope Climb: Alternate reps “I Go, You Go” w/your partner at this point in the wod
