“Murph Prep”
30 min AMRAP
400m Run
5 Rounds of “Strict Cindy”

*1 Rd of Strict Cindy
5 Strict Pull-ups (Banded Strict Pull-ups)
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

*Target number of Rounds: 6+ Rounds
*Every 100m = 1 Rep (4 reps total)
*Run: Keep shoulders relaxed and find a steady breathing pattern that doesn’t increase the heart rate.
Keep the run between 2:00-2:30
*Strict Pull-up: Focus on small sets from the beginning of this AMRAP.
*Push-ups: Similar to pull-ups, you should complete short, fast sets to avoid burnout.
*Air Squats: Move non-stop and be sure to breathe at the top of each rep.
