For Time
3 Sets of
3 Rounds**
10 Bench Press @ 135/ 95 (115/ 75)
20 Double DB Deadlifts @ 50/ 35 (40/ 25)

—Rest 3 min between each set—

**Each set is 3 rounds, with athletes performing 9 rounds total.
*Goal Time for Each Set is 3-4 min w/ a 5 min cap on each set.
*Bench Press Weight should be a weight that the athlete can perform unbroken
for a majority of these sets.
