250 Wall balls @ 20/ 14 (14/10)
200/150 Calorie Bike
100 Box Jumps @24”/20” (20″)
50 Double DB Devil Press @50/35 (40/25)

*Pick a wall ball weight that you can hit 15-20 reps fresh
*Choose a set time on the bike rather than cals to keep an even pace throughout
*Everyone should be doing a form of box jumps, unless injury prevents jumping
*Double DB Devil Press should allow for 5 unbroken reps
