10 Strict Handstand Push-ups (15 Kipping or Modified HSPUs)
10 Hang Power Cleans

*Goal time each set: 1:30-2:00
*Need at least 60-90 seconds of rest per set.
*Workout stimulus is moderate-high intensity.
*Hang Cleans: Perform reps unbroken; Weight should be less than 65% of your 1 rm.
Strict Handstand Pushups: Choose strict reps if you can consistently perform 5+ reps; Choose a modified or kipping HSPU
