*Stimulus is moderate-high intensity while having to attack the jump rope and
grind through various versions of lunge walking.
*Double Unders: Aim for at least 50 reps at a time. Try to go for a big set/ unbroken.
*DB Lunges: Goal should be to complete 50 ft unbroken each time.
