*Each set must be unbroken, touch & go
*For clarification, the 15s start at minute 0,
12s start at minute 4, and
9s start at minute 8.
*Touch & go at the floor only.
*Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping.
*Use the same weight for all 3 sets.

Dumbbell Power Cleans @ 50s/ 35s (40s/ 25s)
Burpee over Dumbbells

*Goal is to finish between 6-8 min
*Moderate high intensity; pacing needs to be smooth & steady. Ramp up the pace on the final round!
*Dumbbell Power Cleans: Weight should be light enough to complete in 1-2 sets.
*Burpee over Dumbbells: Apply a measured pace on the burpees to keep a consistent, near non-stop effort.
