Workout of the Day 3/25/24 “Team WOD”

On December 6, 2023, Kati Emoolah’s niece, Abby, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). We, as a gym family, want to support her in this journey by raising funds through our annual fundraiser, Burpees for a Cause. For Time (30 min cap)
40 Wall balls @ 20/ 14 (14/10)
80 Toes-to-Bar (Knees-to-Elbows)
60 Wall balls
60 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups (Pull-ups/ Jumping Pull-ups)
80 Wall balls
40 Bar Muscle-ups (Chest-to-Bar/ Pull-ups)
100 Wall balls
20 Burpee Bar Muscle-ups (Burpee Pull-ups)

*Choose a pace/ rep scheme you both can complete at a non-stop pace. Scale movements and/ or adjust your rep scheme as needed to keep moving through the workout.
*Wall balls: Complete sets in 15-20 reps at a time.
*Rig Work: Complete rig work in manageable, repeatable sets & choose a variation you can can complete at least 5 reps at a time.
