Synchro Toes-to-Bar (Knees to Elbow)

*Alternating Dumbbell Snatch: The selected weight should be
moderately light, where reps can be completed in 2-4 sets.
*Synchro Toes to bar: The goal should be to come out with a reasonably
large set without pushing to a max and then settle for sets of 5-10 reps.
