*Run: The first run pace should be moderately steady (70-75%)
*The second run pace can be fast (80%+) while aiming to ramp up the speed of the final 200m.
*Run Substitute 2,000/1,600m Bike Erg or 60/48 cal Air Bike.
*Double Power Snatch: Use the heaviest weight you can for the set.
