*Stimulus is moderate to moderate high intensity throughout the entire workout.
*Box Jumps: Height should be challenging but doable for consistent reps.
*Toes to bar: Unbroken should be the goal for athletes (2 sets max).
*Wall Balls: Select a weight on the wall ball that you to complete each set unbroken.
