10 Sandbag Cleans* @ 150/100 (100/ 70)
OR Power Cleans @ 185/ 125 (135/ 95)
100 ft Sandbag Carry @ 150/100 (100/ 70)
OR Dumbbell Farmer Carry @ 70s/ 50s
*Sandbag cleans are to be split between partners
**Each partner will complete a 100 ft Sandbag Carry

*Today’s workout is a steady and moderate grind between partners.
*Run: Goal is to finish within 2- 2:30 min
*Sandbag Cleans: Choose a weight with little hesitation to go back-to-back on reps with minimal rest.
*Sandbag Front Carry: Goal should be 100ft carry before switching.
