Handstand Push-ups (Box HSPUs/ Double DB S2OH @ 50/35)

*Stimulus is moderate to moderate high.
*Hang Power Snatch: Weight should be light enough (50%) to cycle for all 10+ reps.
*Box Jump Over: Pick a box height that is not intimidating, so you can move consistently.
*Kipping Handstand Push-ups: Goal is to perform 5+ HSPU at a time.
