50 ft Single Kettlebell Walking Lunge 53/ 35 (45/25)

*Rig Work: Choose a variation you can do 2-3 reps at a time.
*Crossover Singles: The goal should be to finish these as efficiently as possible without multiple breaks.
*Single Kettlebell Walking Lunge:  There is no grip standard, so you can hold the Kettlebell in any fashion as long as it does not touch the ground and one hand is always in contact with it.
*Handstand Walk/ Wall Walks: Choose an option that will allow you to keep moving.
*Kettlebell Swings: Choose a weight you can move for 15 unbroken reps
