50 Wall balls @ 20/ 14 (14/ 10)
50 Lateral Burpee Box Jump Overs @ 24″/ 20″ (20″)

Part 2
7 min AMRAP
1000/ 800m Row or Ski
Max DB Bench Press @ 50/ 35 (40/ 25)

Part 1
*Wall balls: Go for smaller sets than usual like 5-10 reps at a time w/ short breaks in between
*Burpee Box Jump Overs: This is a grind, so find a steady pace that you’re able to maintain
Part 2
*Row/ Ski: Settle into a moderate pace to complete your meters
*DB Bench Press: Use the remaining time to tackle as many as you can. Be smart about
your rep scheme so as not to burn out early with a huge set.
