12 Burpee Box Get-Overs @ 30″/ 24″ (24″/ 20″)
10 Double DB Shoulder-to-Overhead @ 50/ 35 (40/ 25)

*Teammates will treat this as a relay style workout; Complete 6 rds each
*Goal is sub 2:30 per round; Time cap 3 min per round
*Row: Be aggressive with your row at 80% effort; slow down the last 30m or so
*Burpee Box Get Overs: Choose a smooth, steady pace that lets you keep moving.
*Double DB Shoulder-to-Overhead: Choose a weight you can go unbroken w/ all 10 reps
