*Workout Flow: Complete 1 Rope Climb, 5 Cals, 10 Abmats,
then 2 Rope Climbs, 10 Cals, 20 Abmats, 3 Rope Climbs,
15 Cals, 30 Abmats. then restart from the beginning at
1 Rope Climb, 5 Cals, 10 Abmats. Repeat this pattern for 15 min.
*Rope Climbs: Focus on locking the feet, standing, and re-gripping with the hands (in this order).
*Bike: Keep a moderate-recovery pace (70-75%).
*Abmats: Find a steady pace & stay unbroken
