30 min AMRAP
400m Partner Run
2 Rounds
40 Toes-to-Bar (Knee Raises)
40 Wall balls @ 20/ 14 (14/10)

*Stimulus is moderate intensity.
*Focus on steady pacing through all movements.
*Run: Goal is 70-80% effort on the run; stay with your partner & find a good pace manageable for both.
*Toes-to-Bar: Choose a rep scheme that lets you & your partner stay moving; complete at least 5 reps at a time
*Wall balls: Focus on breathing out at the bottom of the squat with each rep and cycling the arms so that premature arm fatigue is avoided.

 

Cool Down
