For Time (15 min cap)
3 Rounds
10 Handstand Push-ups (Modified HSPU)
20 Toes-to-Bar (Knee Raises)
Then,
2 Rounds
10 Strict Handstand Push-ups (Strict DB Press)
5 Rope Climbs @ 15 ft. (15 Strict Pull-ups/ Ring Rows)
Then,
1 Round 
10 Chest-to-Wall HSPUs (10 Wall Walks)
20 Ring Muscle-ups (Bar MU or Burpee Pull-ups)

*Try to manage shoulder fatigue throughout the wod
*Toes-to-Bar: Break these up early to save your core for the rope climbs
*HSPU: Be careful on shoulder burnout on these HSPU variations
*Rope Climbs: Take smart breaks on these; Clamp, Stand, & Pull
*Muscle-ups: Gauge shoulder fatigue & attack accordingly whether it’s singles or small sets.
