In a team of 2
For Time (60 min cap)
100-80-60-40-20
Wall balls @ 20#/ 14# (14#/ 10#)
Box Jumps @ 24″/ 20″ (Step-ups or Walking Lunges)
Kettlebell Swings @ 55#/ 35# (45#/ 25# or Russian Kb Swings)
*Goal is 40-44 min
*The stimulus for today’s workout is moderate and steady pacing. We want athletes to aim for consistent sets on the wall balls/swings while keeping a near non-stop effort through the box jumps.
*The 100 and 80 sets are going to be the most taxing.
*Stay calm through these larger sets without burning out and getting slower through the bottom half of the workout.
*Wall Balls: The weight selected should allow you to complete 20+ reps.
*Box Jumps: Must show full control and full extension on top of the box before coming down. Due to the high volume of box jumps, no rebounding these jumps to save your achilles!
*Kettlebell Swings: Choose a weight that allows for 15+ reps at a time.
