*Stimulus is moderate intensity. Working with purpose on both movements while using the time between to rest and avoid muscle failure.
*Shoulder Press: Choose a weight you can do for 6 unbroken reps.
*Rope Climb: Focus on locking the feet, standing, and re-gripping with the hands.
