For Time (32 min cap)
1 mile run

—Rest 2 min—

3 Sets:
20 Pull-ups (Ring Rows/ Banded Strict  Pull-ups)
40 Push-ups
60 Air Squats

—Rest 2 min between sets—

*Run: Go at a moderate pace at 70-75% effort
*Pull-ups: Choose a pull-up variation that allows for 5-10 pull-ups at a time
*Push-ups: Complete in quick sets 5-10 reps
*Air Squats: Choose a smooth, consistent pace w/ a non-stop movement.
