Workout of the Day
(24:30)
Every 3:30 until you hit 100 reps of DB Bench Press
500/ 450m Row
1 Max Set of DB Bench Press @50/35 (40/25)

Workout Flow: 3-2-1-Go…
Athlete starts their row.
Upon completion of the row, they move to the bench
where they will perform 1 set of max reps bench press.
When the athlete completes the set, they will rest the remaining
time until the next 3:30 window begins.
Workout is finished when the athlete reaches 100 reps of bench press
