*Weight should be 50% of 1RM + 5lbs
*All reps should be completed as singles. Aim to complete
1 rep every 3-5 seconds.

Double Dumbbell Push Press @ 50/35 (40/ 25)
Box Jump Overs @ 24″/20″

*Maintain consistent pace for both movements throughout the workout.
*Dumbbell Push Press: The weight selected should allow you to complete most of the reps non-stop throughout the workout. Ideally, we should break into two sets once we get into the round of 15 and on.
*Box Jump Over: Height should be very comfortable and allow for a near non-stop effort.
