Handstand Push-ups (Modified)
Sumo Deadlift High Pulls @ 95/65 (75/45)
V-ups (Single Leg V-ups)

*HSPU: Choose a variation you can complete at least 5 reps unbroken; 1-2 sets would be ideal.
*Sumo Deadlift High Pulls: Weight should be light enough that you can go unbroken.
*V-ups: Complete sets as close to non-stop as possible. Be careful not to go until your core gives out.
