10 Line Facing Burpees

*Bike Cals should be completed in 60 seconds or less
*Do not bike longer than 60 seconds.
*Workout flow:
Each round starts on the bike & then you transition to the
AMRAP.
*You will pick up each round where you stopped on the AMRAP.
Ex. Rd 1 you get 75 dubs and 5 burpees; Round 2 you would
finish the remaining 5 burpees & then back to the dubs.
