*Air Bike: Moderate push pace effort (75%+) for the first workout. The second workout you should slow down the pacing to a moderate level
*Alternating Dumbbell Snatch: The selected weight should be moderately light, where reps can be completed unbroken in part 1 and 1-2 sets in part 2.
*Burpee over dumbbell: Just be smooth and steady on both workouts. Going to fast will only hinder your ability to keep moving.
