20 Rope Climbs (60 Strict Pull-ups/ Banded Pull-ups)

100 Handstand Push-ups (Mod. HSPU or Strict DB Press)

300 ft. Handstand Walk (Wall Walks*)
400m Partner Run

*2 Wall Walks= 25ft HS Walk
8 Wall Walks= 100ft.
24 Wall Walks= 300ft

*Rope Climbs: Choose the rope climb if you feel proficient at this movement.
*Kipping Handstand Push-ups: Choose this variation if you can perform 5+ kipping HSPU at a time.
