*Box Jump Overs: Legs are going to be a little tight. Be very careful at this station and focus on being steady.
*Medball Abmat Sit-ups: Pacing should be smooth and steady while trying to stay non-stop.
*Rope Climbs: Choose a variation that lets you keep knocking out the reps.
