Burpee Double Dumbbell Deadlift @ 50/35 (45/25)
30 Double Unders (Singles)

*Be steady throughout to have enough left in the tank to
step up the pace for the last 3-4 sets.
*Focus on breathing with reps on deadlifts/double unders and try to relax as much as possible during double unders.
*At the bottom of each burpee, try to relax your hands to avoid blowing up your grip.
*Double Unders: Goal is to complete unbroken across all sets
