25 min AMRAP
20 Wall balls 25/ 20 (20/14)
10 Bar Muscle-ups (20 Chest-to-Bar/ Pull-up/ Ring Row)
5 Wall Walk + Burpee*
*Each Rep is a Wall Walk that ends with a Burpee Jump
*Teams can split the reps however they see fit.
*Wall balls: Choose a weight you can complete 10 reps at a time
*Rig Work: Choose a variation that allows you to complete 5 reps at a time
*Wall Walk + Burpee: Try to find a rhythm between you and your teammate to keep moving
with this new movement!
