100 Double Unders (Singles)
100 Wallballs @ 20/14 (14/10)
100 Double Unders (Singles)

*Double Unders need to be completed in 1:45.
Break up your first round in order to save your shoulders for the wall balls.
*Wallballs to be completed in 6:30. This would be 15 reps per minute.
This can be accomplished at a 30 seconds on/ 30 seconds off pace.
