*Pull-ups: Choose a variation of pull-ups that will allow you to complete 5-10 reps at a time.
*Hang Clean and Jerk: Use a lightweight (-40%)
*Bar facing Burpees: Move at a moderate push-pace that allows consistency and a steady breathing pattern.
*Kettlebell Swings: Choose a weight you can complete 15+ reps at a time.
