1 Rope Climb (3 Strict Pull-ups)
10 Box Jump Overs 24″/ 20″
5 Double DB Ground to O/H @ 50/35 (40/25)
*This is an all out sprint WOD. There should be no holding back when
it’s your turn to go.
*Bike: Pacing today should be 90-95% Effort.
*Rope Climb: Focus on leaning back & pulling your knees to your chest.
*No bounding on Box Jumps, STEP DOWN.
*DB weight should allow you to go unbroken on each round.
