*Deadlifts: Partners must switch every 4 reps
*Air Squats: Partners must switch every 12 reps
*Bike: 60 Cal for male pairs, 52 cal for male/ female pairs,
and 44 cals for female pairs.
*Men switch every 15 calories, women switch every 11 calories
*If subbing in rower, switch every 250m.
